1 –     Cerebral Edema ;

Brain is the most complicated, delicate and sensitive organ in human body and scientists are unable to understand completely its functions and  how  it works. Some time brain  fluid builds up around the brain causing increase in pressure. Scientists call it as “intracranial Pressure”. This pressure causes swelling  and inflammation  around brain and that is called ” Cerebral Edema”.

Researchers of  University of Rochester were trying to find out how the Cerebral  Edema attacks a specific person. In fact a fluid  is found in every body’s brain, then how comes that we all do not suffer from Cerebral Edema ?. Now the researchers  found the secret.

Our body needs rest after whole day work. When we sleep, our body gain the strength lost during the day. There is an automatic system which start working, without our knowledge,  to drain the fluid surrounded the brain.This system works during sleep only.

Our doctors always advise us  to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours in 24 hours. The people who do not sleep well, are most likely to become the victim of “Cerebral Edema” . When the brain fluid is,for many reasons,  not drained automatically, chances of paralysis are there.

Our creator has built our body in a perfect formation that every organ of the body start and close its function when needed  without our knowledge. Drainage of brain fluid works automatically during our sleep. If one does not sleep 6 to 8 hours in a day, he/she might have Cerebral Edema . Imagine how important is to sleep well to stay healthy.

Sleep well and stay healthy.
