Doctor’s reply.

Salam. Asthma is usually  inherited. As you mentioned your father had asthma. I guess your asthma is not so severe as it was with your father. Unfortunately , asthma can not be cured totally. Inhaler provide some relief. You must avoid the situations that cause your asthma as severe.

I suggest the following Homeo medicine for you.

Number 1 :     Blatta Orientalis  Q

When you feel your asthma is getting worse, pour 3 drops of above medicine in 1/2 glass of clean water and drink it every hour till you feel some relief. You should not drink tea, coffee and smoking 1 hour before and after taking the medicine. Continue taking the above medicine 3 to 4 times a day till you get some relief.

Number 2 ; Blatta Orientalis 30

When you feel some relief, stop taking medicine # 1 and start taking medicine # 2 , twice a day . Follow the instructions as above to take the medicine. Continue taking this medicine daily. It will help you to avoid getting your disease severe .
