The Acrylamide is a main cause of obesity, metabolic syndrome (  Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of conditions that occur together, increasing your risk of heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes ). and neurological disorders ( These disorders include epilepsy, Alzheimer disease and other dementias, cerebrovascular diseases including stroke, migraine and other headache disorders, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, neuroinfectious, brain tumors, traumatic disorders of the nervous system due to head trauma, and neurological disorders  ).
