AOA. My blood pressure remain high at 160/90 almost all the day, throbbing with flush of heat and pounding headache specially in the back of head. I am 45 years old with lot of work stress. Kindly suggest an homeopathic medicine to cure above symptoms. Tanveer”.

Please bear in mind that remedies are determined by both symptoms and characteristics of the patient. You have not mentioned your physical condition/feelings in detail. Following is an homeopathic remedy to lower your blood pressure:
Belladona – Good for throbbing and violent conditions, that start suddenly. Palpitation from least exertion . Heart seems too large. Rapid but weakened pulse, headache and impending stroke.You drink 10 drops of Belladona mother tincture in 1/2 glass of water , half an hour before meals, 2 times a day. Avoid eating/drinking tea, coffee after taking medicine for at least 1/2 hour. Take the medicine for one month. Please keep us informed about your condition.

Question: My husband snore terribly during sleep. Other family members can not sleep when he is snoring. Is there any Homeo medicine to get rid of such snoring ? (Miss Asma, Faisalabad).
Answer: Usually stout and fat persons suffer from snoring. One snores very loudly when he/she is sleeping on his/her back .In such case , turn him/her over left or right rib side. It will reduce the snoring sound. Following are some Homeo medicines to reduce gradually the sound of snoring. Chose one according to symptoms:
Bryta Carb: More effective for children and aged persons. Loss of memory, Vertigo ,Hardness of hearing, Dry nose, Pale face, Tonsils swollen, Dry cough,Talking in sleep, snoring.
Dosage: 4 drops of Bryta Carb 30, in 1/2 glass of water 3 times a day. Continue for one week. After one week Bryta Carb 200, 4 drops in 1/2 glass of water, twice a week for one month.
Arnica Montana: Awaken with hot head, dreams of death, fears touch or approach of any one, can not bear pain, wants to be left alone.
Dosage: 4 drops of 30 potency three times a day. Continue for one month.
Opium: Dry mouth, pain in back of head, thinks he/she is not at home, eyes half closed, hungry, no desire to eat, very deep sleep, bed feels so hot, pleasant, amorous dreams, thrust only during heat, snoring.
Dosage; 4 drops of 30 potency, three times a day for one month. If symptoms still remain, take two dose of 200 potency, twice a week. When cured, stop taking medicine.
Stramonium: Deep snoring sleep, awakens terrified, screams with freight.
Dosage: As for Opium.
It is important to take one medicine at one time. DO NOT take two at one time.
